A short, plain-language explanation of what happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
When you request a quote or send a message we collect your name, phone number, email address, moving date, pickup and delivery addresses and any details you choose to share about your move. We also record which page the request came from so we know which service you were reading about.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare your estimate, contact you about your move and coordinate the job if you book. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email or text messages unrelated to your enquiry.
Who can see it
Quote requests are delivered to our office email and phone, and stored in a private dashboard that only the business owner can open. Staff involved in your move see the details they need to carry it out.
Text messages and calls
If you give us a mobile number, we may call or text you about your quote and your scheduled move. You can ask us to stop texting at any time and we will.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for follow-up and job records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting the office, and we will remove them unless we are required to keep records for a completed job.
